Intussusception Caused by a Duplication Cyst of Cecum : Report of a Case
Lee Yong-Seok

Choi Won-Yong
Abstract
Enteric duplication cysts are rare congenital malformations of uncertain etiology. Although they may occur anywhere along the gastrointestinal tract, terminal ileum is the most frequent site and cecal duplication cysts are very rare. Most of the enteric duplication cysts are detected in infancy as a result of palpable mass, acute intestinal obstruction, vomiting, abdominal pain, constipation, and gastrointestinal bleeding. We report a case of intussusception caused by a duplication cyst of cecum in a la-month-old infant.
